Terms of Use

Effective August 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Analysta LLC ("PocketDrama", "we") for the PocketDrama iOS app and pocketdrama.tv (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

PocketDrama streams short-form video series. Some episodes are free; others are unlocked with coins or included with a Premium subscription. We may add, change, or remove content and features at any time.

Accounts

You can use much of the Service without an account. To buy coins, subscribe, or sync your list and progress you sign in with Apple. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.

Coins

Coins are a virtual currency sold through Apple's App Store and used only inside PocketDrama to unlock episodes. Coins have no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable except as required by law or by Apple's policies. Unlocked episodes stay unlocked on your account for as long as the Service offers them.

Premium subscription

Premium is an auto-renewable subscription purchased through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it in iOS Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Don't copy, download (outside the app), redistribute, or publicly perform PocketDrama content; don't circumvent paywalls, reverse engineer the app, scrape the Service, or interfere with other users or our systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

Content and intellectual property

All shows, artwork, the PocketDrama name and logo, and the app itself are owned by Analysta LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Service for your own non-commercial use.

Apple

The app is distributed through Apple's App Store and is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Analysta LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access for violations of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
